Moshik Raccah, Co-Founder & CEO,; Co-Founder & President, Israeli Executives & Founders Forum

Mr. Raccah is an executive and serial entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley. He is the Co-Founder and CEO at, a network connecting professionals through mutual assistance. Prior to Silo, Mr. Raccah served as the VP of Strategic Alliances at Amdocs, as the CEO of Winsite, an Israeli consulting company he founded and later sold to Ness, and as VP of Sales and Business Development of Microsoft in Israel. Mr. Raccah is also the Co-Founder and President of the non-profit organization Israeli Executives and Founders Forum (IEFF). The IEFF was founded in 2007 to connect and empower the Israeli Tech community in Silicon Valley. The IEFF today serves over 1,000 active members in Silicon Valley and beyond.   

Tal Rabin, Paramedic, Magen David Adom

Ms. Rabin has seven years of experience as a paramedic. She works with Magen David Adom, and served with an Israeli combat unit during operations Cast Lead and Pillars of Defense. Ms. Rabin was part of the first medical group to bring medical care and clean water to Nepal after the earthquake. She flew to Israel with ten severely injured Nepalese infants for further care. She is knowledgeable in the apps used for rapid response to civilian medical emergencies.

Mohammed Atwa, Arava Institute

Mr. Atwa attended the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies in 2000. Born and raised in Gaza, Mr. Atwa's choice to study at an institution in Israel after receiving his BA from the Islamic University of Gaza was in large part inspired by his parents. From a young age, they taught him that in order to work towards a stable life for themselves and other Palestinians, they had to look beyond the current paradigm and cooperate with the Israelis in reaching peace.

Mr. Atwa cites his decision to study at the Arava Institute as "life transforming". His experience at the Institute encouraged him to become a life-long advocate for cross-cultural dialogue. Following his experience at the Institute, he used the connections and skills he obtained to help establish the first community garden jointly created by the Palestinian Authority and Israel.

Aaron Frank, Arava Institute

Mr. Frank is an attorney and professor of environmental studies at USF from which he received a distinguished teaching award in 2013. His areas of interest include Environmental Law, Environmental Ethics and Wildlife Policy. He is the Founder of the California Wildlife Center, and was a visiting professor at the Arava Institute from 2014 to 2015.

Jason Wolf, Co-Founder & CEO, Musketeer

Mr. Wolf is an entrepreneur and executive, based in Silicon Valley for the past 18 years. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Musketeer, a social network for emergency help. Prior to Musketeer, Mr. Wolf held several startup and executive positions, including Head of Better Place North America, President of Sterna Americas, and SVP of New Product Introduction at SAP.

Mr. Wolf is passionate about translating grand visions into effective strategies, execution frameworks, and teamwork that lead to financially and socially impactful successes!

Offir Gutelzon, CEO & Founder, Keepy

Mr. Gutelszon is a serial entrepreneur. He sold PicScout to Getty Images in 2011 and founded Keepy, "The new way for families to save kids' artwork, schoolwork, photos, and videos with voice or video narration."

Elizabeth Wong, Musician

Ms. Wong has played violin for over two decades.  She studied with Laura Schmieder in Los Angeles and has recorded three independent CDs.  While not playing violin, Ms. Wong enjoys running and is a banking consultant for a national advisory firm.

Shira Kammen, Musician

Multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Ms. Kammen is a member of many ensembles and has performed and taught in a number of countries.  She has played on several television and movie soundtracks, including "O" and "The Nativity Story" and accompanied diverse artists in recording projects.  The strangest place Ms. Kammen has performed is in the elephant pit of the Jerusalem Zoo.

Sinnie Chen, Musician

Ms. Chen has played the violin since she was in fifth grade. Apart from music, Ms. Chen loves philosophy, comedy, cooking and, of course, Israel! She is currently pursuing an MA in Chinese at San Francisco State University.
